Vegas Valley Library Show
I’ve got some friends up in Vegas that have invited me to come and hang out for the weekend and attend the Vegas Valley Library show. It’s just a one day event, but it’s full of great guests and activities. They’ve asked me to run the Art Jam and do a presentation on DrawingIsSimple.
The table keeps pretty busy and it’s become a great place to drop off the kids and keep them entertained for a while. The show is the first weekend of November so there’s always lots of great costumes from Halloween. When I first started making the flyers I wanted the instructions to be hand drawn. I initially felt that this look made it more approachable. I later decided to go for a clean illustrated look. You can see samples of these flyers below.
